Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Scamiro. By creating an account, scanning assets, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms.

Scamiro provides automated analysis of smart contracts, tokens, URLs, and related Web3 targets to surface potential security risks. Results are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

Threat landscapes evolve rapidly. A “safe” or “low risk” result does not guarantee that an asset will remain safe or profitable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose security risks to other users.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems without written permission.
• Use Scamiro to facilitate fraud, phishing, or illegal activity.
• Misrepresent scan results as official audits or guarantees.
• Share account access in ways that violate plan limits or license terms.

Scamiro, its logos, software, threat intelligence, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAMIRO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON SCAN RESULTS.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
