Scamiro (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-assisted crypto and Web3 security scanning. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using scamiro.com, our apps, or related services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the platform:

• Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers (e.g. OAuth), and subscription status.
• Scan data: contract addresses, token symbols, URLs you submit for analysis, and derived risk scores.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, device type, browser, and approximate region (from IP, not stored as precise location).
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (e.g. RevenueCat); we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: support messages, waitlist sign-ups, and feedback you send us.

We use collected information to:

• Provide scans, watchlists, alerts, and dashboard features.
• Authenticate users and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Improve threat models, detection accuracy, and product performance.
• Send service-related emails (security alerts, billing, product updates).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and analytics providers under strict data-processing agreements.
• Payment processors to complete subscriptions.
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

We retain account and scan history while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and backup requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Use in-app settings or contact us to exercise these rights.

You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails via unsubscribe links. Critical security and transactional messages may still be sent.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and enabling available account protections.
